French police arrest is a step of the paparazzi who took photographs of Kate Middleton topless.
The hot shots of the Duchess of Cambridge had appeared in September, the weekly Closer to then go around the world (excluding the UK) within a few days.
As reported yesterday by the Mail on Sunday (see article), which quotes the French judicial sources, the French police would arrest just one step: the name of the suspect would, in fact, already known to investigators. The images were taken in September in the castle in Provence Autet owned by a cousin of Prince William. The Closer magazine was ordered to deliver all the originals of photographs hot but the British royal family has already filed an appeal.
