Kate: Queen urges parents

Queen Elizabeth II has invited Kate Middleton's parents to the estate of Sandringham for Christmas dinner

Elizabeth II has broken Royal tradition to his nephew William.

The Queen has also invited Kate Middleton's parents to the estate of Sandringham for Christmas.

Carole and Michael Middleton are the first "non-real" to have access to the exclusive banquet.

With this gesture the Queen hopes to encourage Kate and William to attend the event "despite the difficulties" of the Duchess, because of his health.
