Kate Upton won the coveted title as model of the year for 2013, awarded every year during the Annual Style Awards, which will be held on 4 September in New York.

A golden career for the buxom American supermodel, sought after since its first Sports Illustrated cover in 2011. Nobody believed he could shake off its sexy spokesmodel career of bikini, but in 2013 Kate managed to conquer also the cover of glossy Vogue Brazil and USA.

Victoria's Secret had branded as too vulgar even for its catwalks, but do reverse, but Upton showed a concept that has long not touched the fashion world: real women have curves!
